      A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      I've been here for nearly 5 years, it's got a great work culture, lots of support, always looking to improve processes for employees and customers, asks for input from the team on how to improve and act on the suggestions. Good support from Management, excellent career progression such as training up from a CC Advisor to a Senior Business Travel Consultant. Excellent social activities and rewards for people who are prepared to work hard and if you are struggling with anything, you get additional coaching to set you up for success

      Cons

      When business returned after the pandemic there were some people employed who did not want to contribute to the business - only in it for themselves and they created a toxic environment - however the management team did manage this well

      A great place to work - supportive, friendly teams

      Pros

      Great work culture, work life balance and supportive team. Management always there to help. Training is full on but this allows for full competence in the role. Team building and off sites/ socials are always really fun.

      Cons

      Occasional weekend working, but only 1 in 7 weekends once fully trained.

      - Culture is at the forefront of every conversation and you get to work with highly talented individuals. - Great leadership who are consistent with there message - Team Atmosphere - No layoffs during or post covid

      Cons

      - Teams are expected to come into the office 3 days a week which works for some people and not for others
