      Travelperk have a strong importance of In real life, they like to reward their employees with "IRL events" such as HUB catch ups and a yearly party in Barcelona where the whole company comes together to celebrate the summer party. A great work culture! I would say that TK is still relatively new and with that comes a lot of learning. However don't let that put you off there is a strong value of "feedback", I truly believe that if something isn't quite right the senior management listen to their colleagues feedback and changes are made promptly. Feedback is always asked after every company meeting and event and we are asked how "they can do better". The company encourage you to learn and there is a commitment to help you promote if you wish.

      Cons

      Not a con but very fast paced and things can change very quickly so can keep you on your toes.

      Really positive experience and potential for growth

      - Great work environment, from coworkers to office culture. - Recently was promoted from SDR to SE, and see all of the growth possibilities. - Company is rapidly growing and it's super exciting to be a part of. - Consistent updates and transparency around product gaps and roadmap for improvements. - Great work/life balance. - IRL collaboration is valued and getting to travel to HQ in Barcelona to connect with the rest of the teams is a great bonus.
