- Interesting and dynamic industry (business travel) - Truly innovative and disruptive product with a huge potential - Overall good managers - Exceptionally strong company culture compared to similar tech-companies at this phase of growth

Cons

- The pace can be tough to cope with (changes, 'ad hoc' and unexpected situations to solve, changing business needs, some uncertainties) - however, this way you'll learn and experience a lot, for sure. It might also be worth mentioning that "changes" are for the better (the company is evolving) which is natural, and a sign of being successful

Pros

Travelperk is unique place to work in. As an engineer you are constantly pushed to grow yourself, and step out your professional comfort zone. As the carrer path is clear, team's engineering/social culture is amazing, and the challenge is never stopping - it seems that management have a good idea how to do it well. Something must be done right if the majority of the engineers who joined more than 3 years ago are still working in the company.

Incredible team. The recruitment process is very selective, thus only the best people who fit the culture and the values are hired. Fast paced, lots of learning opportunities and great opportunity for impact.

Cons

Growing very very fast, it's not easy for the processes to catch up with the speed of growth
