Best in-class Onboarding

Pros

All the on-boarding process was awesome. From the first interaction with HR to the actual company on-boarding it has been a flawless process. There is a real emphasis on PEOPLE which really reflects the mentality of everyone in here. Great Company benefits options So far, everything is great.

Cons

Nothing to raise for now. Maybe having a bi-weekly catered lunch for everyone would be a good idea.

Nice company environment in the sales team People are very welcoming and kind Excellent communication top down and vice versa due to transparency Excellent Company Culture

Cons

There aren't extremely clear career progression plans at the moment, especially as an SDR where you don't usually stay in the role for more than a year and a half.
