      Pros

      I left right before to Covid but the culture and empowerment for the employees was awesome.

      Cons

      Before Covid it was not really remote friendly, but I guess it has changed

      Pros

      - Genuinely enjoyed going to work everyday - Really supportive manager who went out of their way for me - Fast-paced environment, quite exciting - The strict focus on hiring only the best people means that you're surrounded by great colleagues who can even become your friends - Are emerging from the pandemic stronger than ever as they continue investing in their product, at the same time encouraging self-development from employees - Senior leadership seem to have a strong moral compass and did everything they could to avoid letting people go during the pandemic, in contrast to many other companies

      Cons

      - Customer Care role could be a little repetitive at times

      Wonderful Company

      Pros

      Fantastic company with a diverse and inclusive atmosphere. The employee rewards were brilliant, and as a salesperson, their SaaS product is an absolute dream to sell and is genuinely disrupting the industry is a fantastically positive way.

      Cons

      Initially, in the rapid scale-up phase, access to sales training was rather limited. As an entry-level SDR, it required you to use great initiative and to learn the sales processes by simply learning from other SDRs. SDR Managers did not really help with initial training, nor did they understand the role particularly well due to the fact most SDR Managers were so new themselves. However, this has been amended and I know the the company now offers fantastic sales training for all roles.
