      As an Associate Engineer, I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a company that offers both professional development and a genuinely positive work environment. I collaborate daily with highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who are always open to sharing their expertise. I receive valuable guidance, while also being trusted with the autonomy to continue learning and growing independently. The culture is remarkably supportive—people are approachable, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. The human factor here is outstanding, and it makes a big difference. And yes, the team spirit extends beyond work—we truly have the best parties!

      Cons

      The current in-office requirement can be a bit tough for those with longer commutes. I personally find it productive and enjoyable to be in the office, but having the option to work remotely more often would make the experience even better.

      Pros

      TravelPerk sponsored a Software Engineering bootcamp that taught me the fundamentals, built my engineering skills, and gave me the chance to move from my previous role into the Engineering department. It’s also worth mentioning that TravelPerk takes feedback seriously and continuously works on improving - from management to company events.

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast, so some processes are still being improved.
