      Very challenging, 50-60 hr work week expectation, lots of fire-fighting

      Pros

      Good benefits, pension, lots of career opportunities (especially if you're willing to relocate to other plants), "one team" culture, challenging work environment.

      Cons

      little ownership for problems, fire-fighting all day long (no established processes in place), less pay than similar employers, excessive working hours (minimum 10hr day expected for all manager levels, 50-60 hr weeks are normal).

      Pros

      If you like to work hard, fast, and without someone hanging over your shoulder, then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover so the team unity isn't very cohesive. If you don't mind working on your own, then the job is alright.
