      Pros

      Great benifits, with a lot of personal extras on top of a very competitive salary. No punching the clock in-and-out, with hard efficient work gets you home early.

      Cons

      You work independently on your route, so there is not a great flexibility for time off. Work can be laborious on holiday weeks.

      Pros

      Its fast paced work! Everyday its a workout! PepsiCo offers great pay, great benefits and its the type of job that always allow opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      Downsides about working at pepsico, it can be very challenging at first, especially if someone is not familiar with the type of work. A company like pepsico, is very physical demanding.

      Meet lots of interesting people, Pay is high for previous experience necessary, and when you are on a stable route, the work becomes easier.

      Cons

      Promotions are given entirely based on seniority even though it is not a union company, and it takes a long time (numerous years) to obtain your own route.
