Pros

People are great - for the most part.

Cons

Constant pressure to cut headcount and boost productivity. Finance controls our organization and it has destroyed it. Constantly worried about layoffs and reorganizations. Outsourcing is a constant fear for everyone. Lack of resources for everything CEO is ruthless and does not care about people, so is his leadership team. He is a finance person and doesn’t care about how he manages, he just sees numbers and wants to hear about positive feedback. Some just slack off and rely on the hard work of a few smart people to keep themselves afloat and sell it as theirs. No bonus

Pros

Their benefits are not bad

Cons

I had a rough time at Pepsico because of my manager. She micromanaged my work process and how she talked sometimes hurt my feelings.

Pros

The pros are not a many. 1. Flexible environment 2. Free food worth of Rs. 150/- 3. You get to meet even the CEO

Cons

It's the big list(I was an employee of PepsiCo GBS in Hyderabad) 1. The higher management(director level) doesn't treat people well, the director may ask you to find a job somewhere else in one on ones 2. Promotions are not given based on the talent, instead they're given to the people who showoff though they have not achieved much 3. Be in good terms with your director and get a promotion even if your contributions are not so great 4. You simply cannot ask the questions that may make the speaker uncomfortable in a larger forum. They don't like being asked the questions they don't want to answer 5. Company's insurance policy is not good when compared to what other companies are providing 6. The HR departments are the worst, they wouldn't acknowledge/respond your emails, you will get your rreferral bonuses only after multiple followups, it could take more than 9 months 7. F&F Settlement process is so pathetic that it would approximately take two months or even more, if you do not chase the HR and HRBP badly theres more to the list but I think it's enough to make your decision
