Pros

Great benefits, good locations, nice co-workers, and lots of books!

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are unclear. Communication is often poor due to the size of the company and that departments and jobs are somewhat siloed

Pros

Good learning curve Colleagues are friendly and helpful Work is interesting and challenging

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. Employees are expected to work like donkeys to meet deadlines, and salary hikes do not even keep up with inflation. My colleagues and I take work home on weekdays, weekends and even when we are on leave or on vacation. The pressure we are under ultimately affects health and personal relationships.
