Penguin Random House is a terrific company to work for. I am proud to be apart of the team at PRH and my co-workers are good people to work with. The company as a whole has made tremendous strides and they make sure their employees are treated well with benefits, vacation time, and tons of free books!

Cons

I feel that sometimes communication is lacking between management and the other departments and that training could be more efficient. But Overall the company is great and I love working here.
