Pros

Great if you love books and for publishing, benefits are good (paternal leave etc)

Cons

A fairly slow and traditional company, very centred around the publishing functions (can't blame them for this) but would not recommend to work in support functions if you want to grow your skills and career.

Pros

Industry leader, reputable company to have on resume.

Cons

Everyone is overworked and burnt out, little opportunity for growth - have been told by seniors that if we want a better pay, we better leave the company and the come back. Loyalty isn't recognised and rewarded, more often exploited.
