Pros

Good benefits: generous paid time off, poor dental insurance and mediocre medical (but inexpensive), 401k matching, profit sharing, plenty of overtime

Cons

Very unsanitary and poorly managed. Supervisors don't train and try to tell you there's a "no talking" rule, numerous OSHA violations, run down building with dirty and broken down equipment

Pros

Great if you love books and for publishing, benefits are good (paternal leave etc)

Cons

A fairly slow and traditional company, very centred around the publishing functions (can't blame them for this) but would not recommend to work in support functions if you want to grow your skills and career.
