meaningful work, good health insurance and 401K match, vacation, mostly wonderful, smart, passionate colleagues.

Cons

pay is low, especially for NYC, structure is hierarchical and whisper network related. disconnect between senior management and rest of employees. technological data management tools are ancient and inefficient.
