Flexible schedule, great co-workers, perfect for a college job or part time job

Not much room for advancement. Schedule can get sparse, especially in winter.

Pros

You get paid. MIGHT have a nice co-worker or two... maybe.

Cons

No care about employee condition. Ridiculous hours - I was regularly assigned to work a 10-hour shift that closed at 12:30 am and open up the center at 5 am the next morning for an 8-hour shift. The most boring job ever - you are not allowed to do ANYTHING, and I mean anything other than watch the testers test once the examinations begin. For the next 8 hours. That is your life. You may use this time to contemplate your life decisions as I did. No freedom while working at this company - only two people are ever working at once and only one is permitted to leave the office at a given time for a maximum of THREE MINUTES. This is in order to maintain security within the testing room, while understandable, they needed to staff the locations better if they wanted to maintain security and basic human rights of employees. Actual abuse.
