Pros

You will learn a lot about computer-based exams and all the hard work that not only goes into studying for such exams, but the time and energy to proctor them

Cons

There are locations world-wide and I can make the assumption they all have a high turn-over rate because of the low wages, inconsistent hours and lack of incentive to stay in those positions

Pros

Working with the exam takers. Close to home. Interesting

Cons

Poor training. No written manual. Trained by multiple people and no way of determining what I still needed to learn and some things I needed to learn were overlooked. Poor communication with supervisor.
