Mid level and upper management staff is lacking clear direction and strategy. The environment doesn't foster a team environment where people are encouraged to share ideas and talents for improving business problems and overall environment. There were consistent layoffs and no clear direction on how the company was going to meet their goals. Company is struggling financially(as reported in quarterly earning reports) and that is demotivating to staff. Communication from management is often lacking which creates a uneasiness in the day to day work environment.
