Pros

With in each role there is always room for growth and self improvement. It is common for employees to move within the company through job growth and new opportunities. Over the years I have watched summer interns become entry level employees who have over time developed new skills and moved into new positons with more challenge and responsibilites. Pearson is a company that retains employees and you rarely see turnover.

Cons

If you do not work in the city the commute and commute expense can be something you would want to take into consideration.

Pros

We partner with professors to provide market-leading textbooks and technology. I am part of a GREAT team, and we have a lot of fun strategizing, sharing, and celebrating our success together. This position has been a wonderful fit for me. I love what I do!

Cons

There have been some changes in our leadership, so it has been a transitional time.
