Pros

It is a good temporary job. The environment is nice. The people are friendly. There isn't much stress, but the work is kind of mind numbing.

Cons

The work is very repetitive. There is little to no opportunity to advance. The work is only seasonal and your glad when it ends.

Pros

Pearson Education has a lot of fun products to design for. There is a broad spectrum of creativity. There are offices in multiple locations which lets you build relationships all over the U.S. Pearson offers excellent benefits and are very flexible with schedules.

Cons

Pearson Curriculum has not offered designers an ability to stay up on their design skill levels. There used to be a lot of training available which they no longer offer. They also do not handle issues within the company. The issues are not dealt with which overall affects moral.
