Pros

PLS is part of Pearson Education, a company well respected world wide. Great benefits and a great location in Back Bay. For the most part, great peers.

Cons

PLS management is disappointing and the HR department is a joke. Difficult to move up within the company. Pace of work is inconsistent--summer is extremely busy with slower times coming in the fall and winter.

Pros

- great work/life balance - able to work from home - some professional growth opportunities - great benefits

Cons

- not a very enthusiastic environment/culture - leadership not connected or knowledgeable of products across the company. - constantly "re-inventing" the wheel every time there is a re-organization - at least one major re-org a year
