Pros

The benefits they offer for part-time employees are excellent. They do not discriminate on the basis of age or race, etc. Clean, safe and professional working environment. So far they have not done any wage freezes, unlike several of my previous employers. They also offer a lot of learning opportunities for those who want it.

Cons

Constantly changing procedures with very little tolerance for error. Although the help is out there, because there is so much information needed to do the job it is often difficult to find the right information quickly. Sometimes the deadlines given for tasks are difficult to accomplish with their time management guidelines, and yet I feel like there are no excuses allowed.

Pros

There is an excellent work-life balance; overtime is hardly ever necessary. Every day is very busy but there is never any stressful pressure. Everyone is very supportive.

Cons

As with any corporation, there is a lot of bureaucracy - everyone is generally very friendly and approachable but responsibilities are clearly divided and there are relatively narrowly-defined career tracks. Sales is heavily emphasized.
