Pros

The best people to work with who are truly passionate about education. Great products to represent. Pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Lots of change with most publishing companies as they transition from print to digital and remain viable in this market. Big shake ups at the top with little hiring going on for the next 4-6 months

Pros

Growing company in the field of publishing and digital printing. They are going in the right direction and it was exciting hear that they teamed up with Apple for iBooks. Benefits like health insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid holiday/sick/vacation days.

Cons

Constant reorganization and restructuring of departments. Company is very top heavy. Outsourcing work to India and other vendors because it is cheaper but the below standards instead of getting quality work in less time by staying in-house. Favoritism in departments led to good workers being let go over others.
