Pros

They let you work autonomously - they do not micro manage you. There are lots of opportunities for advancement and movement.

Cons

They are executively run very poorly. They are reporting losses every year. The executive management has been in place for over 4 yrs of losses.

Pros

good benefits, good paternity leave policy, Kasier offered as one of the health plans, dental and vision covered, good community outreach programs

Cons

Depending on your business group, they are not as flexible as they claim to be. Some groups have the flexibility to work from home, but others have short sighted senior leadership and don't see the big picture.
