Cons
Headless management only looking at profits and share holders. No clarity about strategy. Total distrust of the employees. Strategy changes approximately 3 to 5 years, never bringing anything to fruition. US leadership not understanding the rest of the world, rolling out programs and strategies without consulting other regions.
