      Amazing culture

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and that is "enforced" in employees from day one. The culture is created by a set of well defined behavioral rules that basically make everyone love the job every day. We treat everyone the same way. The work is challenging.

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of anything right know. Probably some processes inside the company still need to be more mature, and that is happening because the company is growing a lot and very fast.

      Amazing company culture where you can talk with everyone (I really mean everyone) without feeling oppressed or scared Most of the people I work with are brilliant, humble and wiling to help you out anytime Good office conditions although some places are crowded. People who ride their bikes to work even have a place to park their bikes and shower

      Cons

      With teams being staffed and created and needing to adapt, there are several growing pains that give the sense of lack of alignment or direction Sometimes there's this "reply to all mail cheering hysteria" that make something that is genuine feel fake Terrible place to park your car and only managers or people that pay yearly have indoor parking
