Pros

A lot of flexibility. Good intra-team cooperation and spirit. Very close relation with direct manager which makes us feel comfortable to express our mind freely. Great product and great growing potential.

Cons

Inter-teams communication is harder and worse. Engineering is growing; more and more teams are being born, which is creating tension between them regarding product alignment, vision and priorities.

People feel heard at the company. Very skilled colleagues with whom you learn a lot. Top-notch infrastructure and resources to work. Nice offices and good benefits. Despite of the common problems to be a leader in its market, the important point is that everybody is available to work hard and do your best to overcome the challenges.

Cons

No so many career opportunities as it should have for a company that is growing fast.
