      Pros

      Great product makes day to day company life easy, smart, fast pace work environment where everyone can deliver his creativity and point of view. Very flat organization that promotes communication and opportunities within all areas of the organization.

      Cons

      Complex problems leads to a complex product that need to be sliced to continue to deliver value to customers at an even faster pace. Operations areas are struggling to scale, startup mentality at this scale is a problem, and processes need to be created to keep the company as lean as possible.

      Pros

      OutSystems is a company where the Excellency and the Innovation are mandatory. The company is 100% Agile and is always responding to new challenges and market trends. Culture and values are clear defined (and public) and the employees know exactly what is expected in terms of behaviours and attitude to succeed in this company.

      Cons

      If you work at OutSystems you will be involved at 100% and you will be doing the extra mile always. It could be a cons to some persons who would like to have a 9 to 5 job.

      Pros

      Smart, bright people all around you. Constant challenges and opportunities with a chance of making the difference inside and out. At OutSystems we make IT a good place to work for us and our customers. I feel excited going to work every day and that is one the things that I need the most !

      Cons

      We're still in the beginning of the hockey stick so there's not much to spare. Balancing growth and quality is hard on all of us. Don't expect easy days at the office, it's a constant challenge so if you you're looking for a 9 to 5 job look elsewhere.
