      Pros

      Amazing place, full of creative and energized people. It's easy to return to the working place every morning. I've been in the company for the last 10 years and every day I know I'll find a new challenge. The passion that everyone shows on the company vision and on our product is just contagious. And we all believe we are doing something big, like changing the way in which other organizations work.

      Cons

      If you don't like unpredictable events, surprises or a hard working environment then this is not the place for you.

      Smart, fast paced work environment full of bright people. Strong company values. Amazing Product. Great opportunities to grow and evolve.

      Cons

      The challenges of growth. Growing 20% in the number of employees per year which is leading to silos and the loosing of the "family proximity" that made the difference. This is still balanced with strong company values.

      Company has a great and transparent culture. People are very friendly and professional, and will get out of their way to help you in whatever you need. Company and team goals are clearly communicated to you. More interestingly, people expect you to challenge those goals, and help define better ones, that are aligned with the company vision. You'll be constantly surrounded by very smart and hard-working people that are set to change the world in a positive way. Since the company is growing fast, there are tons of opportunities for you to grow.

      Cons

      The company is moving and growing fast. So if you're afraid of changes or expect other to define your tasks and goals, you'll probably have an hard time.
