Pros
The focus on people is fantastic and really gives us the needed stability for doing our job to the best of our abilities. Another important aspect for me, as part of the Product Management team of OutSystems, is the way that everyone is willing to help each other so that everyone can fulfill their job. A true team!
Cons
I wouldn't call this necessarily a con, but the Product copes with so many use cases, and it's evolving so fast that, as an employee, you need com to be really agile to keep with the pace of the product evolution.
