      - The People: curious, intelligent, collaborative

      Cons

      - The People: after the layoff of last year, many people have become more risk averse and more cynical - The Leadership: there's a habit of just asking for more, more, more without making any trade-offs. I'm under the impression many good people are close to a burnout

      I liked my job and the teams I was working with. Can't complain about the salary.

      Cons

      In 2 years working at OS I never met the company leaders in person. It seems there's a hierarchical distance that is created on purpose. I've worked in bigger corporations where I would have roundtables/all hands with the CEO/COO at least twice a year. Also, constant layoffs give a really bad image for the company, this is just weak management. After being laid-off, most of the people I have worked with have also been let go, very competent people who unfortunately are just seen as numbers.
