big scale projects, large experience and exposure with big corporations as partners and clients, good opportunity to progress in your carrier if in projects. Great company for fresh grads or senior managers.

Cons

very bad carrier for middle management, no real HR system and it is all based on relations and management decisions as system is only on papers not applied. salaries are less than market level on general
