      Pros

      -One of the biggest construction companies in Africa and middle east -if the job on remote site you will have site allowance (2000-3000 LE for transportation ) and (3000 LE for accommodation) and over time per hour -Transportation will be provided to the nearest pickup point possible

      Cons

      -Working in the mega project which the Military is the Owner the work environment is not the best (too long working hours that can reach to 12 hours , no good coordination bet different departments due to extreme fast track and limited time )

      Their is a system, but it is up to the managers to follow or not. Simply you may find your self with some one unqualified and have no proper experience and asks you to follow his steps Personal preference and favouritism will control your future not your qualifications and expertise. No clear projects pipeline in UAE to ensure sustainable employment with the country
