The Top Management does not know exactly what the Mid-level and lower level are doing

Friendly Work Environment and Work Stability and good reputation and it's good to be like a step in your CV
Cons
they always promote the wrong and dishonest ones, the mid level now is including very dishonest managers like the Egypt CFO, the group controller and many of accounting department managers, also in the top management who are using their authority to hire their relatives and promote them as managers in the first day of working and ignoring the experienced and qualified ones, if you are qualified enough and have better work opportunity, leave them regardless of what they are going to offer you, because if you agreed to stay maybe next day you will find your new boss is one of top management family member who will control in everything and take too much bad decisions.
