Pros

Good support received from the Management and the teams. Have full freedom to try your ideas and learn new things especially when you have your Manager support.

Cons

Can forget about any Hikes and Bonuses and also any Career growth as the Company is really interested in expansion and investing in new companies and not in retraining or Growing Employee benefits. Company is interested in giving Good Title Roles and also Good Packages to New Hires and forget the InDispensible Old resources and this is always a demotivating point to the Senior Members.
