Good Pay, Work from Home

Cons

1. Worst team culture 2. Few Managers still expects "sir" culture, 3. Don't know how to utilize and share the knowledge to the new team member for legacy applications. 4. On-shore team never want to collaborate with off-shore and they are not friendly. They want to dominate even though there are no mistakes in your code 5. No team building activity. This makes you alone in your team if you joined newly and no one supports with minimum information. etc....
