Pros

Work from home, good compensation, good benefits.

Cons

- No raises or career progression, especially for folks in Support which is seen as a cost center and is being "outsourced" to cheap countries. - No rewards for loyal employees, you just end up stuck in current place - Seems like leaving is only way to get appreciated - No salary/benefits transparency, no way to know your growth potencial - Suggestions for improvements are mostly ignored (eg: 24/7 abuse!)

Best place to work

Pros

Good Pay, good environment, nice location and facilities make working there a nice family-like work place. Projects are awesome and challenging.

Cons

Hard to get salary increments, even when promoted. All the effort getting promotions and recognitions does not worth the effort economically speaking.
