This could go on for pages. Simply put, Oracle couldn't care less about its vast majority of the employees. Larry recently earned 1 billion over night, however 90% of the engineering staffs that's being making him rich does not get any bonus whatsoever. Pay is significantly below market average, and technologies here are far behind industry leaders. You won't learn anything that is transferable in the next job, except maybe powerpoint slides making and meeting notes taking skills that are viewed as the most important skills here.
