Cons
Managers: they do all what they can to demotivate people and to scare them, on daily basis. They just think about money in the short term. Not because they are bad people, they are just unable to understand the market and the big picture. They are very manipulative indeed. Integration: people tend to come from a specific circle of friends, they will get best accounts and all the OTE. Different ethnic origins are just left outside of the circle. People outside of the circle are used as scapegoat. Very few female or LGBT since it is difficult for them to relate with the culture. Meritocracy: you can't find any. You are expected to be a male second hand cars seller with short term in mind. If you are different you are going to suffer. Structure: very complex unnecessarily processes. Internal competition.
