Pros

Benefits & compensation For juniors it's a great place to jump start your career You will learn a lot.. Especially with regards to stress-resistance, restraint, and tolerance. Not too male dominated

Cons

Extremely high fluctuations: Typical American hire & fire policies, even in Spain - never assume that just because you're hired within the fiscal year they'll keep you for the next FY. Toxic work environment: prepare for people you've never dealt with trying to "steal" your compensation on a deal you closed single-handedly. The company fosters competition between colleagues in a way that is absolutely counterproductive. The worst part is that your clients know that already so forget about building a trusting relationship with them, they know you'll be gone by tomorrow. Never seen that before, but it's common business at this company. That place is full of selfish sharks who will try to manipulate your leads so you don't get to close your deal on your own territory & customer base. Some of you might say that this is standard in the life of a sales person. It shouldn't be necessary to spend 80% of your time fighting inside of your company and not being able to focus on your clients.
