they get you in with the promise with a great OTE salary.....if you dont hit your targets they fire you, if you do and overachieve they dont pay you....the commissions, they force you to sign new compensation plans or block the commissions. Processes are ridiculously long,senseless and delay the business. No creative ideas or good ideas for the business allowed or incentivated . Management level incredibly low. Internal movement or career growth (although they praise themselves as an equal opportunity place with a clear path of career growth) non existing...
