Good work life balance. Good Job security. If you are lucky to get in to the right team, then none of the cons would apply.

Cons

No hike. No bonus. No team building activities. No consideration to retain valuable existing employees.

Pros

A relaxed working environment. Very congenial environment for people trying to settle down in a company for a long duration. There are also quite a few teams which work on cutting edge technologies.

Cons

Things tend to go slow here sometimes, w.r.t both hikes and promotions. You need to fight for what you want. Not a place where you can go and do regular work and expect to get high bonuses.

Cons

No easy promotions. No onsites, your work limited to certain areas with which you can sustain in the outside consulting market. No hikes.
