      Internal politics and commission may drive unnatural behaviours and divert away from team playing with a common goal

      Really well organized, with clear rules of compensation and allows you to self manage your territory.

      Cons

      They preffer to loose the money instead of adapt the business locally. There are some rules that simply go against the law in the countries.
