Pros

If you are someone that wants to learn a lot of technologies, Oracle is definitely a place for you. Great products, lot of trainings which includes free Oracle University trainings. Flexible work environment, work from home, smart colleagues etc.

Cons

Little or no salary increase. So people hardly stay for long.
