Good Management Talented people New technology Work life balance ok, flexible work hours ( not sure what else I can write to make 20 Words min)

Cons

Overall package is low compared to market. ESPP is 5% where as 15% everywhere No bonus ( in cloud business unit ?) No formal salary review process Hectic work schedule.
