Pros

Vague outside perception that a well known company like Oracle must be a good company to work for

Cons

- Below-market pay package - Little to no raises. Little to no bonus. - Mediocre benefits and no snacks of any sort for employees (only drinks) - Low morale; lack of excitement in the work Don't take my word for it but consider this: Oracle never registers anywhere in the best places to work survey. Never (at least in the US).

Immediate management was good to employees.

Cons

At Oracle you are not an employee you are just a number. HR does not look at qualifications when it comes to layoffs. Pay is not at market.
