The company itself is good

They dont understand how to incentivise good behaviour and performance from staff, constantly threatening dismissal for even a single bad month

Pros

Nice colleagues. Pay is good if you exceed the ever more difficult to reach targets. Training was good.

Cons

Joined at the start of October, sacked before the end of November. Wasn't given a fair chance and terminated with no warning. Management is poor. Saw the team leader about 3 times the whole time I worked there. His job was to be in the field and to support us. I never felt supported.
