The culture here is genuinely supportive. I am surrounded by talented colleagues and a great leadership chain, from my team leader to my manager that is approachable and invested in my growth. The working conditions are excellent, providing a comfortable and productive environment. It’s also incredibly motivating to work for a company that stays at the forefront of innovation, you feel like your work actually contributes to forward thinking projects, that impact the livelihood of customers positively.

Cons

Because the company is so innovative and moving fast, things can change quickly. It requires a bit of flexibility to keep up with new projects and evolving goals.
