Pros

Free lunches, hot drinks, great employees and culture overall

Cons

Team managers are given too much power overall. I understand the fact that there is no HR to ‘empower’ staff to make more informed/ personal decisions but team leaders are given too much flexibility/power and some are on a major power trip. Difficult to bring issues up as it’s weird trying to discuss with your senior when they are the cause of the problem. The majority are fine but some, I have no words.

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review and giving us your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear you feel you can’t challenge or discuss your feelings around not agreeing to some management decisions. I would love to explore this further and get some examples to be able to discuss this. Without these examples being shared, it’s really hard to be able to notice patterns across the site. It is one of the most important things to me within Leicester that members feel safe to share their opinions as I genuinely don’t believe we can be the best managers without this. Please could you reach out to me to discuss this further or attend one of the weekly drop in sessions Operations Managers hold with someone you feel comfortable discussing this further with? Pros

They do look after you, in regards to providing breakfast and lunch. Please there is a slide

Cons

Too many customers not enough staff. No support structure, and no time to do everything needed including complaints

Hello Thank you for leaving a review and giving us your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt like you didn’t have the time or support to give our customers the best experience that they deserve. I do appreciate that it's a demanding role and that our rapid growth can mean things feel stretched while we recruit new team members. We are actively recruiting into the Leicester site and have been for the past 12 months but we are a little bit behind on our hiring plan. We increased the starting salary earlier in the year and this has helped attract even more great people into our team in Leicester. Whilst it can take a bit of time for new team members to get up to speed, I’m confident that things will feel a lot more manageable over the coming weeks and months. We’re working on a short term fix until we get to this point which is where we meld two teams together to be able to be a bigger unit and continue to give great customer service with more people to schedule.
