Pros

office dog, beer fridge, work from home, voucher incentives, travel and accommodation, mental health week, shares in the company, office yoga and they are very good at employing similar empathic people so that we all get along and the office has a lovely vibe

Cons

long hours, no monetary bonuses.

Pros

- Mostly employs graduates so the office atmosphere/dynamic is a lot of fun - The training is great - It’s a fast-paced job that doesn’t get boring - The tech platform, Kraken, hugely improves the service that operations are able to provide

Cons

- Poor salary - Operations is understaffed so everyone is expected to do more work and maintain a high standard of customer service - Relatively rigid progression ladder

Pros

Everybody that I work with is hard working and really committed to the highest quality. The care for customers is phenomenal and the management team really care to develop and challenge me. People are open minded and focused on constantly improving. I have a lot of freedom to make decisions in my role.

Cons

Working in Operations is not easy and there is a lot to learn in a short period of time.
