      If you are looking to work for a company that is flexible, understanding, compassionate and passionate than this is the place for you. They are understanding to a fault and will do everything in their power to help you fulfill your career aspirations.

      Cons

      As the office is so busy and productive it can be difficult to nurture friendships however to try and overcome this they really put a lot of effort into team events which go some way to combat this hurdle.

      Pros

      The workplace is always exciting and full of bubbly people who are always around to give a helping hand. It feels like a big community with a plethora of outside work activities to get involved with form nights out to yoga sessions. It's a thriving new company with ridiculously good growth for such a young business. The industry has lots of things you can learn with many areas for expertise training.

      Cons

      The first few weeks can be quite overwhelming if you haven't worked in a bustling office environment before. There is a lot to learn in a short space of time with training, even if the training & trainers is really good.
